SPLINTER CHAIR
The industrial design studio NENDO of Tokyo and Milan, metaphorically splintered each piece of the wood arm frame, by bold use of hte bent and laminated technology. The elegantly detailed finger joint intersection of the curved back cross sections, peel away, while ingeniously forming pliable, graceful offshoots of pure sculpture.
