The Element Table designed by Shin Azumi is a continuation of the Elements series that started with the now iconic Elements Coat Stand. It is a square, compact dining table for cafes and restaurants as well as sheltered balconies in the home. Functional and sculptural, the Elements Table shows that even the most utilitarian typology of furniture can be redesigned in an artful way.

Ariake
Founded by the Legnatec and Hirata Chair workshops in the furniture-making town of Morodomi, Saga, Ariake takes its name from the nearby Ariake Sea - and from the Japanese word for daybreak. The brand pairs Japanese craftsmanship with leading international designers including Gabriel Tan, Keiji Ashizawa, Norm Architects and Anderssen & Voll.
The result is a collection that balances handwork with precise machining, made from oak, ash, hinoki and cedar with signature finishes like sumi and indigo - from dining chairs and benches to desks, shelving and cabinetry. Explore the Ariake collection at APATO, Australia's home of authentic Japanese designer furniture, and enquire for finishes, lead times and trade pricing.
