This chair is originated from a chair for the office rooms, exhibition rooms, and hall ways of the museum. It is very simple like a stage crew working behind the scenes. In order to keep a sufficient strength, the structure was elaborated. The design of the armchair was born from the idea of the designer: What if I sit sideways? The backrest design of this side chair is drawn from the design concept of the armchair. It’ s simple, minimal, but well thought out.
